All content on evryvn — including characters, stories, thought streams, illustrations, voice narration, and character replies — is generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence. While every story is inspired by real news events and reviewed by a human editor before publication, the characters, their perspectives, and their words are fictional.

Specifically:

• Characters are fictional. They are imagined individuals whose lives intersect with real headlines. They are not real people and do not represent any actual person, living or deceased.
• Stories are inspired by real news, not reporting. We draw on published reporting from established outlets, but our stories are creative interpretations, not journalism. Do not rely on evryvn as a primary news source.
• Character replies are AI-generated.When you message a character, the reply is composed by AI grounded in the character's fictional world. It is not written by a human and should not be treated as advice of any kind.
• Images and voice are AI-generated. Character portraits, scene illustrations, and voice narration are created using generative AI tools. They do not depict or voice real people.

Nothing on evryvn constitutes medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice. Character replies are creative fiction and may contain inaccuracies, cultural generalisations, or fabricated details. Please do not make real-world decisions based on content from this site.

You can send messages to characters via the site. When doing so:

• Each conversation is limited to three exchanges. After three exchanges, the conversation is complete.
• You must provide a valid email address to receive replies. Your email is stored to facilitate the conversation (see our Privacy Policy).
• Do not share sensitive personal information, passwords, financial details, or anything you would not want stored in a database.
• Messages that are abusive, hateful, or contain illegal content may be removed without notice.

We strive for cultural authenticity and factual plausibility in every story, but we cannot guarantee accuracy. AI-generated content may contain errors, outdated information, unintended biases, or culturally insensitive material despite our review process. All content on evryvn — text, images, audio, video, and design — is the property of ELE and I Labs unless otherwise stated. You may share links to stories freely, but you may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to extract, scrape, or bulk-download content from the site.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity when messaging characters.
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit the AI systems behind character replies.
• Interfere with the site's infrastructure or security.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice. We reserve the right to update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Evryvn is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ELE and I Labs shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, reliance on its content, or interactions with AI-generated characters. This includes but is not limited to emotional distress, misinformation, or decisions made based on character replies.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
